Orders ship:

USPS Priority Shipping: 1-4 business days after an order is placed.
 

The above is processing time as sometimes I make candles to order and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGE

At Mercy Verity Candles, all of my products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of my products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, I will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to MVC within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me at MercyVerityCandles@gmail.com for further details.

Due to the nature of soy wax, candles are susceptible to extreme weather conditions, including melting due to packages left outside or in other high-temperature conditions. Once packages are delivered to my shipping agent, they are no longer in my control. Mercy Verity Candles is not responsible for candles that melt when left outside.

 

Likewise, Mercy Verity Candles is not responsible for packages that have been stolen, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise lost. Please follow up and/or file a claim with the shipping agent.
